1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 250 grams mushrooms, sliced 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 2 cups chicken broth 1 cup heavy creamSalt and pepper to taste Instructions
1. Prep the chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until browned on all sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
