Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon instant yeast1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups warm water1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for greasing the pan1 pound mixed mushrooms, sliced1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheeseFresh rosemary, choppedSea salt flakes Instructions
Get Started:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the warm water and olive oil.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Focaccia:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
3. Punch down the dough and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
4. Use your fingers to dimple the dough all over.
5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the sliced mushrooms.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, rosemary, and sea salt flakes.
8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
