Ingredients 2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon sugar1 packet active dry yeast1 cup warm water (around 110°F)1/2 cup chopped mushrooms (any kind you like)2 tablespoons olive oil1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheeseInstructionsIn a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
In a separate bowl, combine warm water and olive oil. Pour this into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Add chopped mushrooms and grated Parmesan cheese to the dough and knead for another minute or two to incorporate.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 1-2 hours).
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
Cover the loaf with plastic wrap and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Tips You can use any type of mushrooms you like for this recipe.
