1 onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced1 jar (15 ounces) marinara sauce1 carton (15 ounces) ricotta cheese1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley12 lasagna noodlesSalt and pepper to tasteInstructionsPreheat and Prepare
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the lasagna noodles.
Sauté the Mushrooms
