Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Slice up your mushrooms.Grate your cheese. Cook the mushrooms
Melt some butter in your frying pan.
Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they’re soft and golden brown.Make the omelette base
Beat the eggs in the bowl with a fork until they’re frothy.
