1 tablespoon olive oil1 onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon red pepper flakes1/2 cup balsamic vinegar1/4 cup brown sugar1 tablespoon soy sauce1 teaspoon cornstarch1/4 cup waterFresh parsley, for garnishInstructionsClean and Prep Your Mushrooms
Wipe down your mushrooms with a damp paper towel. No need to soak them!
Slice the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Sauté the Aromatics
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
